Our solutions

From field data to farm decisions.

Mutus Tech helps farms and advisers move from fragmented data to field-level plans, tasks and evidence-ready records. The core line is Sustainable Fertiliser Management; Soil & Crop Health Monitoring and AI Adaptive Pest Management extend it on the same field record.

Three product lines, one operating record

What we ship today.

Primary product

Sustainable Fertiliser Management

The core commercial line — Parallel Farm.

Generate field-level NPKS plans, run N-rate sensitivity checks, publish recommendations as Farm Tasks and keep applied inputs traceable. Web dashboard and mobile companion app.

  • Annual + monthly NPKS plans (AHDB RB209 V08 basis)
  • Yield, grain-composition & profit forecasts
  • Farm Tasks with field, date, rate, owner, status
  • Records, Reports, Carbon Footprint, Market Prices

Anchors: Plan + Execute + Report

Platform modules

Soil & Crop Health Monitoring

NDVI, Climate History and field records — the Monitor and Assess layers of the platform.

Sentinel-2 vegetation-vigour signals, per-field climate history and farm activity records sit alongside the fertilisation plan and inform the next season's plan. NDVI is a crop-response signal, interpreted with soil tests and management records — not a direct soil-health measurement.

  • NDVI Analysis (refresh every ~5 days, subject to cloud cover)
  • Climate History — per-field temperature, rainfall, radiation
  • Farm activity Records with weather snapshot and photos
  • Field-polygon data model for end-to-end traceability

Anchors: Assess + Monitor

See the platform →
NDVI Analysis screen with per-polygon vegetation-vigour overlay, NDVI scale, field list and date timeline.
Field-health extension

AI Adaptive Pest Management

Pezego — mobile pest detection as a biotic-stress signal.

AI-powered pest identification and IPM guidance on iOS and Android. Co-developed with RSK ADAS, University of Sheffield and University of Liverpool. Published in IEEE Internet of Things Journal 12(23).

  • Photo-based pest identification with confidence scores
  • Region-specific recommendations (UK + Ghana)
  • GPS-linked records with auto-fetched weather
  • Extension-officer verification + geospatial outbreak query

Anchors: Monitor (optional signal)

How they connect

The same field polygon, every stage.

All three product lines run on a single operating record. Assess → Plan → Execute → Monitor → Report. Evidence is created during the workflow, not reconstructed after it.

  1. 01 Assess

Field polygon, soil chemistry, climate history and NDVI baseline assembled per parcel — once, then refreshed.

  2. 02 Plan

12-month N/P/K/S plan with yield and grain-composition estimates, plus N-rate economic sensitivity.

  3. 03 Execute

Recommendations published as Farm Tasks with date, rate, owner, completion status and input log.

  4. 04 Monitor

NDVI, Climate History and applied-input records track crop response on the same field polygon.

  5. 05 Report

Operating records consolidated into partner-ready evidence packs and PDF exports.

Who it's for

Built for farms, advisers, supply chains and research.

  • Farms & farm groups

Manage nutrients and crop health from one operating record. Owner-operators, multi-farm portfolios and farm management groups.

  • Agronomists & advisers

Multi-farm nutrient planning with AHDB-aligned outputs, NDVI evidence, scenario modelling and partner-ready briefs.

  • Agri-food supply chains

Insets, sourcing evidence and Scope-3 conversations grounded in field-level nutrient and crop-response data.

  • Research & public-sector programmes

Universities, agronomy bodies and programme funders running pilot studies, validation work and regional extension.

Where decision support ends

Decision support, not automatic agronomic prescription.

Mutus provides decision support, workflow execution and partner-ready operational records. Agronomic recommendations, environmental claims and soil-health outcomes should be reviewed with qualified advisers and validation partners. NDVI is a crop-response signal interpreted with soil tests and management records. Carbon Footprint figures are environmental-performance estimates, not self-issued MRV or carbon-credit evidence.
